Accounts
Concepts Refinery apps do not currently create accounts, so there is no Concepts Refinery account to delete. If we ever release an app that offers accounts, it will be listed on this page with a direct way to request deletion, and the app will also offer deletion from inside the app.
Content on your device
Photos, recordings, notes, scores, and other content you create in our apps are stored on your device, and we do not receive them. To delete that content, delete items in the app or delete the app. Device backups you manage through Apple, Google, or your device maker may keep a copy until you remove it there.
Information we hold
We may hold a small amount of information you sent us, such as a support or privacy email. To ask us to delete it, email privacy@conceptsrefinery.com and tell us which app or website your request is about. We will delete it unless we are legally required or permitted to keep it, and we will tell you if that applies.
