Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-28

1. Who we are

Concepts Refinery LLC (“Concepts Refinery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates mobile utilities, games, and related websites. This Privacy Policy applies to Concepts Refinery websites, mobile apps, games, utilities, support interactions, and other products that link to it.

2. Our low-data approach

We design our normal products to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary. Many Concepts Refinery products work without an account and keep user-created information on the user’s device. An app-specific App Data Schedule may supplement this policy when a product handles data differently.

3. Information we may process

Depending on the product, we may process: (a) information you voluntarily send to support or privacy contacts; (b) limited device, crash, security, or diagnostic information only when the applicable App Data Schedule says a minimal diagnostic service is enabled; (c) transaction, entitlement, or purchase-status information made available by Apple or Google as needed to deliver or support a purchase; and (d) limited technical information processed by website or infrastructure providers to deliver, secure, and protect our services. Our default apps do not use general product-usage analytics. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.

4. Information we do not collect by default

Unless a specific product and its App Data Schedule say otherwise, our default products do not require an account and do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, health information, biometric information, private communications, or data for cross-app behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not use third-party behavioral advertising in the default product profile.

5. Information stored only on your device

Some products store settings, game state, notes, photos, recordings, or other content locally on your device. If we do not receive that information, we cannot access, recover, correct, or delete it. Deleting the app, using an in-app reset feature, or managing device backups may affect locally stored information. Apple, Google, device manufacturers, or backup providers may separately control backup copies under their own terms.

Some app features rely on services provided by Apple, Google, or your device maker, such as speech recognition, the photo picker, or the system share sheet. Those services may process information under their providers’ own terms. Each App Data Schedule notes when an app uses a feature like this.

6. How we use information

We use information only for reasonably necessary purposes such as operating and delivering products, maintaining purchases or entitlements, providing support, diagnosing errors when a disclosed diagnostic service is necessary, maintaining security, preventing abuse, complying with law and store requirements, and keeping required business records.

7. Legal bases for EEA and UK users

Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, we process personal data only when we have an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the activity, this may include performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as service security and basic product operations where those interests are not overridden by your rights, or relying on consent when consent is legally required. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing that is based on consent.

8. Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, security, minimal crash diagnostics when genuinely necessary, email and support, development infrastructure, and app-store distribution. Our default apps do not use general usage analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking SDKs. We limit vendors and software development kits (SDKs) to those needed for the product and keep a record of the vendors and SDKs we use. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

9. International processing

Concepts Refinery is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we use a legally permitted transfer mechanism appropriate to the transfer, which may include an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another mechanism allowed by applicable law.

10. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including support, security, legal, accounting, or dispute needs. App-specific retention is described in the applicable App Data Schedule. Information stored only on your device is controlled through the app and your device rather than our servers.

11. Your privacy choices and rights

You may contact privacy@conceptsrefinery.com about the personal information we hold about you. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need limited information to verify a request. If we do not possess the requested information because it exists only on your device, we will tell you. See also Privacy Choices.

12. U.S. privacy choices

Where an applicable U.S. state privacy law gives you specific rights, you may exercise them through the same privacy contact. Our default product profile does not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13. Children and teens

Our default products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly design the default product profile to collect personal information from children under 13. Individual products may have additional age ratings, teen-safety protections, or family-related features, which are described in the product’s listing and App Data Schedule.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the scale of the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

15. Website cookies and tracking

Concepts Refinery does not place non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral-tracking tools on this website. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical information for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. If we later add non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before using them.

16. Country notices

Additional information for users in the EEA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong is available in our Country Notices. Those notices supplement this policy and control where they provide additional local rights.

17. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products, service providers, legal obligations, or data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
