Need help with a Concepts Refinery app? Email support@conceptsrefinery.com and include the app name, your device and platform, and a short description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Purchases
Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases made through their stores. We do not see your full payment method. If a purchase is missing, contact us with the app name and the store you used.
Refunds
Refund requests should be submitted to the store that processed the purchase. Store rules and applicable consumer law control eligibility. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Account deletion
Concepts Refinery apps do not currently create accounts. See Data Deletion.
