These notices supplement our Privacy Policy for users in specific countries and regions. Where a notice gives you additional rights under local law, that notice controls.
European Economic Area (EEA)
The controller of the personal data described in our Privacy Policy is Concepts Refinery LLC, North Carolina, United States. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com.
Our Privacy Policy describes our purposes (section 6), legal bases (section 7), recipients (section 8), international transfers (section 9), retention (section 10), and your rights (section 11). Each App Data Schedule describes how a specific app handles data.
Depending on the processing, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to the data protection authority in the EEA country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
United Kingdom

Depending on the processing, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal. International transfers use a lawful transfer mechanism, as described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Canada, including Quebec
Our privacy officer is responsible for how Concepts Refinery protects personal information and can be reached at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com. For Quebec, this is our person in charge of the protection of personal information. You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where applicable. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Australia
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 applies, our Privacy Policy explains the kinds of personal information we handle, why we handle it, and to whom we may disclose it. You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
New Zealand
You may ask our Privacy Officer, at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com, for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. Our Privacy Officer also handles privacy complaints. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Singapore
You can contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com about personal data we handle. You may request access to or correction of your personal data and withdraw consent where applicable. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
Japan
Our Japanese-language Privacy Policy is available at /ja/privacy. It describes our purposes of use, how to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of retained personal data, our security measures, and how we handle personal data outside Japan. Hong Kong
If we collect personal data from you, for example when you email support, we use it to respond to your request and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Providing it is voluntary, but we may not be able to help you without enough information. We may transfer it to the categories of service providers described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. You may request access to and correction of your personal data by writing to our Privacy Officer at privacy@conceptsrefinery.com.
